How do I purchase the David.fx product?
We are one of the Tobit Authorised Resellers in the UK. We can advise you on which of the David.fx products is suitable for you and your business. And you purchase David.fx and any additional user or port licences from us. So, call us on 020 8462 0669 to discuss further on how David.fx can help you and your business. Or you can
email us with your questions. Alternatively, complete and send our product enquiry form.
Once you have decided to purchase David.fx from us, this is our sales procedure:
- We send you an invoice for your chosen David.fx product.
- You pay our invoice in full. We can accept payment by Paypal (with your credit or debit card or from your own paypal account), bank transfer (our bank details are on the invoice) or cheque (this needs to clear).
- Once we have received your (cleared) payment, we purchase your David.fx licence from Tobit.Software. We send your licence to you via email together with installation instructions.
- You download the David.fx software from the Tobit.Software web site and install it.
How do I configure the David.fx product?
It is a complex process to configure the out-of-box installed system to meet the individual needs of your business and its users. Although there are help facilities within the product, it is a sophisticated system and it takes time to set everything up.
We have been installing, configuring and using Tobit.Software products for many years. We provide configuration services to get your David.fx system up and running quickly and without fuss. We discuss your set-up requirements with you and provide you with a quote for the configuration work to be carried out. In most cases, we can configure your David.fx Server remotely, with minimal disruption to you and your staff.
Is there provision of after-sales support for the David.fx product?
When you purchase the David.fx product, you are entitled to a free membership account with Tobit.Software (you register for this account during the installation process). Your membership gives you access to free on-line technical support provided by Tobit.Software. You can submit questions to their support desk from either your David.fx Server system or directly using the Tobit.Software web site.
Additional services for David.fx Basic or Pro
You can purchase additional services for both Basic and Pro editions such as SMS messaging, spam filters, virus protection, and much more. The following table provides a selection of the additional services available.

How do I purchase these additional services?
Once you have purchased David.fx (Basic or Pro) from us and the software has been installed, you can register to use as many of these additional services as required through your David.fx Server application. Tobit.Software will keep a track of your usage of the registered services and send you a monthly invoice in Euros. You will need to provide your credit card details to Tobit.Software as they will make a monthly charge against it for your service usage. But you only pay for the amount you use.
